- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment throughout the session. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
- A Certificate of Completion (e-certificate) will be issued only to participants who attend the training for its full duration. The certificate acknowledges you have completed the POSH Certification Program and does not constitute to legal qualification under the POSH Act, 2013.
- Hard copy certificates may be issued at an additional cost, details of which will be shared upon registration.
- Training materials, presentations and content shared during the program are the intellectual property of Sharon Gaddala Academy and may not be recorded, reproduced or distributed.
- This is a live, instructor-led training program. Session recordings will not be shared with participants.
- By registering for the program, participants consent to the collection and use of their registration information for program administration and certificate issuance and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
